Show of hands: Who is 100% Happy with the way their Buyer Journey is mapped today?
It’s an everlasting journey of strategizing, mapping, launching, testing, reporting, iterating, and repeating. We’re all coming from similar but different perspectives. So join us this week as we talk about the software platforms that we are all in charge of, and how we’ve built them.
We’ve got two rooms for group discussion this time around
**Room 1:** Early Stage (How do you put in a Buyer Journey that scales?)
**Room 2:** Mid to Late Stage (What are the best ways to rebuild a Journey that needs work?)
Some questions to ask / answer: How is this documented in your org? Spreadsheets? Flowcharts? SLAs? All of the above? What process did you go through to build things the way they are? When is the best time to document the Buyer Journey? When is the best time to go back and iterate the one you have? How does this Buyer Journey differ at different company sizes? Or when selling different offerings?
Come to meet other folks from the RevOps Co-op. Ask questions, share ideas, and make new friends. There’s a lot we can learn from each other’s experiences. That’s the power of community!
